Making Wool Dryer Balls

I love WOOL Dryer Balls!  I have purchased several form Buddha Bunz and I have made some of my own as well.  I am a big fan of Buddha Bunz!!

You can find great tutorials online, such as the Goodmama site.  She walks you through making dryer balls! They are not too time consuming and easy enough for me to try!

Here are my finished dryer balls, although it was hard to get a great picture, with my camera. It is really blurry, but hopefully you get the idea!

You can scent your dryer balls, easily by adding fragrance to them. One of my favorite fragrances is Grape and I have recently discovered an Etsy Shop, BodySpell, that sells tons of fragrance.  Her customer service is excellent, her prices are very reasonable, and her shipping times are phenomenal.  You can use her scents to scent your vinegar, your dryer balls, make your own room spray, and many more uses.  Check out BodySpell on Etsy, you will love all of her quality fragrances!

  3. I made some dryer balls a few months ago. They held up okay for the first month or so, but then a few of them started to unravel from the middle. Maybe I didn't wind them tight enough? maybe the yarn was small? I dunno.

I also didn't notice a difference with drying time. I've been pretty disappointed with them. But, since I have them, I'll keep using the ones that still work. maybe I'll get lucky and win some in a giveaway. maybe those will work better than my home made dryer balls!

  4. I had no idea you could do this! I'd be shocked if my husband would let me. Laundry is his domain.
